Ingredients of fried chocolate milk with thermomix
- 1 liter of whole milk (at room temperature)
- 30 grams of pure cocoa powder
- 300 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of Cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 grams of pastry flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 300 grams of sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation of fried chocolate milk with thermomix
- Pour the liter of milk into the Thermomix bowl and program.
- 7 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 1.
- Once the milk is boiled, remove from the glass and reserve.
- Then, again in the glass of the thermomix, pour 200 grams of sugar together with cornstarch, cocoa, salt and egg yolks, program.
- 10 seconds / Speed 5.
- To continue, add the previously reserved milk and program.
- 10 seconds / Speed 7.
- Once all the ingredients are well mixed, immediately program.
- 6 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 4.
- While the ingredients are cooking, moisten the inside of a rectangular mold (measuring 30 x 20 x 6 cm.) with water and line it with transparent plastic wrap.
- Pour the mixture into the mold, let the temperature drop and then refrigerate for 4 hours or until the preparation is well curdled.
- When the preparation is cold cut into portions (this amount is enough for about 24 portions)
- Pass each portion through flour, then through beaten egg, until they are well coated.
- Then, in a saucepan with plenty of hot oil, place the portions to be fried. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Then, place them on a tray and on absorbent kitchen paper.
- Finally, in a bowl or deep plate, mix sugar and cinnamon and pass the fried milk in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon, let cool.
