Ingredients
95 grams of very cold water
205 grams of pastry flour
Half a teaspoon of salt
205 grams of butter chopped and frozen
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add all the ingredients to the glass and program to
speed 6/20 seconds.
With the resulting dough, make a ball. Place it on a plate and wrap it in cling film. Put it in the fridge and leave it there for half an hour.
After that time, place the ball on the counter, to which you will have added flour, and, with the help of a rolling pin, spread it out. Shape it into a rectangle, then fold it into three parts, then stretch it out.
The folding and stretching thing does it again two more times.
Put it in the fridge and leave it there for another half hour.
After that time, put it on a baking tray, with greaseproof paper, and put it in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for about 20 minutes at 200º.
