Ingredients
755 milliliters of cider at room temperature
1.4 kilos of peeled, chopped and cored apples
34 grams of vanilla sugar
130 grams of cold butter
405 milliliters of cold liquid cream
262 grams of sugar
1 sachet of stabilizer for cream
2.5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg
3 teaspoons baking powder
255 grams of pastry flour
80 grams of powdered custard
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add 100 grams of sugar, flour, butter, yeast, a third of the vanilla sugar and the egg to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed knead / 2 minutes.
In a previously greased cake mold, pour the contents of the glass. Puncture the dough in several places.
Wash and dry the glass and then add the apples. Program a
speed 4/25 seconds.
Pour the apples on top of the dough and then also the lemon juice.
Now add the custard, the cider, another second part of the vanilla sugar and the rest of the sugar to the glass. Program a
speed 5/15 seconds.
Then put the robot to work
speed 2 / 100º / 15 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass over the cake and put it in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for an hour at 180º.
When you take it out of the oven, let it cool for about an hour and a quarter.
Meanwhile, pour the remaining vanilla sugar, the cream and the stabilizer into the clean glass. Program a
speed 4/1 minute and a half.
Finally, pour the contents of the glass over the cream.
