Today I bring you a delicious curly milk recipe that you can easily prepare with your Thermomix.

This traditionally Spanish drink is perfect to enjoy at any time of the day, whether hot or cold. With simple ingredients and the help of our Thermomix, we will obtain a creamy curly milk full of flavor. Lets go cook!

Curly milk ingredients with thermomix

  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • The skin of 1 lemon
  • The peel of 1 orange
  • 200g of sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)

Preparation of curly milk with thermomix

  1. In the Thermomix glass, add the milk, the cinnamon stick, the lemon peel and the orange peel. we program
  2. 10 minutes / 90°C / speed 2
  3. After 10 minutes, we remove the cinnamon stick, the lemon peel and the orange peel from the Thermomix glass.
  4. Add the sugar and the vanilla essence to the Thermomix glass and program
  5. 5 minutes / 90°C / speed 2
  6. Once the mixture is hot and well integrated, pour the curly milk into individual glasses or bowls and let cool to room temperature.
  7. We refrigerate the curly milk for at least 2 hours before serving so that it is very cold.
  8. Optionally, before serving, we can sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top to decorate and give it an extra touch of flavor.
  9. And ready! We can now enjoy our delicious homemade curly milk made with Thermomix. To enjoy!
