This proposal that I bring you is a delicious dessert, that has an incredible texture and that will make you succeed at home.

Ingredients for Baileys and Chocolate Panna Cotta
For the Panna Cotta:
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
502 grams of thick cream
2 teaspoons gelatin, previously dissolved in a quarter cup of water
152 grams of Baileys
52 grams of sugar
For the chocolate ganache:
105 grams of milk chocolate
102 grams of thick cream
26 grams of butter
Preparation of Baileys and Chocolate Panna Cotta
Now put on the apron as we begin:
The first thing will be the Panna Cotta. To do this, add the sugar to the glass and program
speed 10/10 seconds.
Then add the vanilla, cream and Baileys. Program to
speed 2 / 50º / 5 minutes.
Add the dissolved gelatin and start the robot at
speed 2 / 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture from the glass between six glasses or dessert glasses. Put them in the refrigerator for about 3 and a half hours, until it sets.
For the ganache, pour the chocolate into the clean Thermomix glass and grate it
speed 9/4 seconds.
Add the butter and cream. Program to
speed 2 / 50º / 2 minutes.
Now distribute the contents of the glass among the six glasses that you have in the refrigerator, once they have been in it for the time that I indicated before. Then, put them back in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
