Many are the sauces that can be made with the food processor and one of the most traditional is mayonnaise. Well, today we are going to prepare a more modern version, specifically Japanese, of this product. Yes, we are going to teach you how to cook sojanesa with the Thermomix.
As its name suggests, it is a soy mayonnaise that does not contain milk or eggs and has become a favorite among vegans. Take note:
To be able to elaborate this singular sauce, you need to gather the following products in the kitchen that will allow you to obtain about four portions:
140 grams of soy milk.
300 grams of sunflower oil.
Lemon juice.
1 garlic.
1 small spoonful of salt.
Instructions
When you have those products in the kitchen, it's time to put on your apron and follow these directions:
Peel the garlic and cut it into pieces.
Add the garlic, soya milk and salt to the Thermomix glass. Program the robot at speed 5 for about one minute.
Then place the beaker and pour in the oil, programming it at speed 5 for about 2 minutes.
The oil should be added little by little.
Then add a little lemon juice and reprogram to speed 5 for about 5 seconds
