Ingredients
- 500 grams of water
- 500 grams of potatoes (peeled and cut)
- 250 grams of strong flour (plus the amount needed for kneading)
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of parmesan cheese
- Go out
- 300 g of tomato sauce (to accompany)
Instructions
- We put the half liter of water in our thermomix glass, the peeled and chunked potatoes in the varoma container and cover it and program 30 minutes / varoma / speed 1
- We remove the rod and cover and let the potatoes warm up.
- Empty the glass of water from our thermomix
- We put the potatoes inside the thermomix glass and program 15 seconds / speed 4
- Add flour, egg, grated cheese and salt to taste and program 20 seconds / speed 6
- We put the dough obtained on a board with flour to be able to handle it well and not to stick, we put flour in our hands take a piece of the dough and make a strip with our hands that we will roll it on the board, it should be about 2 centimeters in diameter more or less.
- Then with a knife we cut it into the pieces of gnocchi to the size that we like if we want to give them a touch, we can pass each gnocchi by the teeth of a fork and will make an unmistakable little strip, only serve as a garnish but are very good in the dish
- We cook them in boiling water and when they rise to the surface, it will be in a few minutes that they are made
