In order to make this unique sauce, you need to gather the following products in the kitchen that will allow you to obtain about four servings:
140 grams of soy milk.
300 grams of sunflower oil.
Lemon juice.
1 garlic.
1 small tablespoon of salt.

Preparation of soyanesa with the Thermomix

When you already have these products in the kitchen, it is time to put on your apron and follow these instructions:
Peel the garlic and cut it into pieces.
Add the garlic, soy milk and salt to the Thermomix bowl. Program the robot to speed 5 for about a minute.
Then put the bucket and add the oil, programming at speed 5 for about 2 minutes. The oil should be added little by little.
