  • 150 grams of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 30 grams of cornstarch
  • 30 grams of sugar

Preparation of chocolate pudding with thermomix

  1. Chop the dark chocolate and put it in our Thermomix bowl
  2. 10 seconds / speed 10
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, eggs, milk, cornstarch and sugar and program
  4. 10 minutes / 90°C / speed 4
