Lemon pudding ingredients with thermomix
- 12 sobaos pasiegos
- 250 grams of water
- 1 sachet of lemon jelly
- 250 grams of cream
- Lemon juice 4-5 lemons
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Liquid candy
Preparation of lemon pudding with thermomix
- Start by heating the water and the lemon juice in the glass of the thermomix, add the measure of water and juice inside the glass, program.
- 5 minutes /Temperature 100°/ Spoon speed
- Immediately add the lemon-flavored gelatin sachet and program.
- 1 minute /Temperature 100°/ Speed 2
- Then add sugar and cream, program.
- 3 minutes / Speed 2
- Check that the cream has a homogeneous consistency, without lumps. Reserve the cream for a few minutes.
- In the plum cake mold prepare caramel (adding a little sugar and water and heating on the stove, being the aluminum mold)
- If you have the caramel ready, add it to the entire surface of the mold, then start assembling the pudding, place a first layer with 6 sobaos, and add half of the reserved cream.
- Repeat the procedure with the rest of the sobaos and the cream.
- Refrigerate about 3 hours to chill and thicken.
- Once the 3 hours have passed or when serving the dessert, carefully mold it, the consistency should be firm.
- Slice and decorate each plate you can add more caramel and accompany it with some fresh strawberries and a little more whipped cream.
