3. Immediately add the lemon-flavored gelatin sachet and program.
4. 1 minute /Temperature 100°/ Speed ​​2
5. Then add sugar and cream, program.
6. 3 minutes / Speed ​​2
7. Check that the cream has a homogeneous consistency, without lumps. Reserve the cream for a few minutes.
8. In the plum cake mold prepare caramel (adding a little sugar and water and heating on the stove, being the aluminum mold)
9. If you have the caramel ready, add it to the entire surface of the mold, then start assembling the pudding, place a first layer with 6 sobaos, and add half of the reserved cream.
10. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the sobaos and the cream.
11. Refrigerate about 3 hours to chill and thicken.
12. Once the 3 hours have passed or when serving the dessert, carefully mold it, the consistency should be firm.
