Ingredients of Bread and vanilla pudding recipe with the Thermomix

  • To proceed to make the dessert that concerns us, you must have the following products in the kitchen:
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • 1 liter of water.
  • 4 or 5 eggs.
  • 100 grams of breadthat is not integral and, if possible, that is from the previous day.
  • Candy.
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla.
  • 400 grams of milk.

Preparation of Recipe for bread and vanilla pudding with the Thermomix

  1. Once you have obtained all the aforementioned ingredients, proceed to put on your apron and start the recipe:
  2. Add to glass of the Thermomix both sugar and milk. Program it at speed 2 and temperature 90º for about two minutes.
  3. Then proceed to cut the bread into pieces and put them in the mentioned glass to, immediately afterwards, program the robot at speed 3 for about 30 seconds, approximately. Keep the result obtained in a separate container.
  4. Then both the vanilla and the eggs must be added to the robot and programmed at speed 3 for about 15 seconds. Then, add the previous mixture that you had reserved and program everything again at the same speed and time.
  5. take a mold, that fits in the glass of the Thermomix, and caramelizes both the bottom of it and its walls. Once this step has been taken, pour the mixture you have obtained into it and cover it with aluminum foil.
  6. The next step will be to place the aforementioned mold in the robot varoma and put a kitchen towel over it. Next, close the lid, pour the water into the glass and, with the aforementioned Varoma well placed, proceed to program the Thermomix at speed 2, Varoma, for approximately 45-50 minutes.
