Zucchini fritters with Thermomix
Zucchini flower fritters are a specialty of Provencal cuisine.
Zucchini fritters with Thermomix
Ingredients
- 600 grams zucchini
- 60 grams of parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 20 parsley leaves
- 2 shallots
- 150 grams of flour
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 15 grams of olive oil
- 200 grams of milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Put 600 grams of zucchini cut into pieces in the Thermomix and mix 8 sec / speed 4
- Transfer the contents of the Thermomix to a container and reserve the dough with donuts
- Add 60 grams of Parmesan cut into pieces in Thermomix and drizzle 10 min / speed 10
- Then scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
- Add 1 garlic clove, 20 fresh parsley leaves and 2 shallots in the Thermomix. Mix 6 sec / speed 6
- Then scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
- Add 150 grams of flour, ¼ teaspoon of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, 15 grams of olive oil, 200
- grams of milk and 2 eggs in the Thermomix. Mix 30 sec / speed 4
- Pour the donut dough into the salad bowl where the zucchini is and mix well with a spatula.
- Heat the oil in a pan and carefully pour tablespoons of preparation.
