Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 150 grams of green tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a few sprigs of coriander
  • 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. to start we remove the ends of the zucchini and wash it we break it into pieces, just like green tomatoes
  2. To start our recipe we put the oil and program
  3. 6 minutes / vaoma temperature / speed 1
  4. we introduce the jalapeño chili cut in half and program
  5. 4 minutes / vaoma temperature / speed 1
  6. remove and reserve the chili in a bowl along with the olive oil used
  7. We put the courgette in pieces and the tomatoes in pieces in our Thermomix bowl, just cover them with water and program
  8. 6 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
  9. Once finished, we remove the excess water, if any, and leave only the zucchini and tomatoes and grind
