Ingredients of Buñuelos de viento filled with cream, cream and chocolate with Thermomix
250ml Milk.
100 grams of butter.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
1 pinch of salt.
1/2 teaspoon of Chemical Yeast.
150 grams of wheat flour.
4 to 6 L-Size Eggs.
Sunflower oil (frying)

Put the butter, water, sugar and a pinch of salt in the Thermomix bowl, program
8 minutes / 100ºC / speed 4
After the time has elapsed, add the flour and yeast all at once, mix for
15 seconds / speed 4
Remove the glass from the machine and leave chill for a few minutes.
We put the glass back in the machine.
Beat the eggs separately in a bowl lightly, and program
speed 4 / and we are throwing the eggs little by little through the vowel,
once everything is well mixed, we leave rest in the glass for about 5 minutes.
We put oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, we are adding balls of the dough helping us with some spoons.
Water cream:
500. water
300 grams.sugar
100 grams flour
coloring (if you want)
1 spoon of vanilla
we put all the ingredients together 9 minutes 100 degrees speed 4 and let it cool.
