Ingredients of white chocolate nougat with thermomix
500 grams of white chocolate
250 grams of condensed milk
50 grams of lard or cocoa butter
60 grams of puffed rice
50 grams of almonds (optional)
Preparation of white chocolate nougat with thermomix
If you have decided to use almonds as an ingredient for this white chocolate nougat, start by chopping them in the Thermomix bowl before starting the rest of the preparation, program.
5 seconds / Speed 5
Reserve the chopped almonds for the final mixture.
In the glass of the thermomix place the butter to melt, program.
2 minutes / Temperature 90° / Speed 1
Check that all the cocoa butter has melted, otherwise repeat the operation for 1 more minute.
Then, add the white chocolate in small pieces over the melted butter, program.
2 minutes / Temperature 50° / Speed 1
Similarly, check that all the chocolate has been completely melted. Otherwise repeat again for 1 more minute.
Finally, add the puffed rice and almonds to the mixture, program.

Finish mixing the almonds and puffed rice well with the help of the spatula.
Line the mold or molds where you will pour the preparation with lightly greased plastic wrap, this is done in order to facilitate unmolding.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before unmolding.
Unmold and if you used a pudding mold or tupperware, cut portions of nougat 0.5 cm thick.
