Ingredients of Trunk of nougat mousse with Thermomix
For the cookie:
- 40 grams of butter
- 60 grams of flour
- 20 grams of ground almonds
- 20 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
For the nougat mousse:
- 60 grams of nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios)
- 100 grams of icing sugar
- 100 grams of honey
- 3 clear
- 3 yolks
- 400 grams of cold whole liquid cream
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation of Trunk of nougat mousse with Thermomix
For the cookie:
- The first thing we will do to make our trunk will be to put the flour, sugar, salt and almond powder in our Thermomix bowl, then we will also put the butter in pieces that are not hard and mix everything

- Add the egg yolk and re-mix

- take out the dough, make a ball with it, put it inside a cloth and put it in the fridge for half an hour
- Let’s preheat the oven to 190 ° C
