Today we have one of those easy-to-make and very simple recipes that will come in handy for a snack before lunch or for an aperitif with friends.

the recipe only takes a few minutes to make if we have all the elements ready and it is a smoked trout dip

The first thing we are going to do is put half of the smoked trout (150 grams) in our Thermomix bowl and we are going to chop it
2 seconds / speed 4
remove and reserve in a bowl
We put the other 150 G of smoked trout in our Thermomix bowl together with the yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and mustard and program
5 seconds / speed 5
We lower the ingredients that were stuck to the sides of our Thermomix bowl with the spatula and mix everything again
20 seconds / speed 4
we add the smoked trout that we had reserved in a bowl together with the pepper and the dill and we mix everything again
5 seconds / reverse spin / speed 2
and our pâté will be ready, all that remains is to put some toasted bread and eat
