White vinegar
4 medium garlic
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
150 grams of olive oil
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Place the mushrooms in a bowl, add salt, and cover with vinegar. They must stay like this for at least two and a half hours.
