Today we bring a recipe that is being a true viral phenomenon, because the original recipe (which was not from Thermomix and is a recipe in English, has more than 83 million reproductions and going up … yes yes 83 million, it is said quickly), it is a chocolate mousse cake
The other saw a video and I decided to transform it to be able to do it with our wonderful little machine this is the result that we hope you like

The first thing we are going to do is hydrate the gelatin for which we put the gelatin with water and stir and reserve
We put the dessert chocolate among other small ones inside our Thermomix that we proceed to chop for it we program

We take out in a bowl and reserve
In another bowl we put the cocoa powder and put a few tablespoons of hot water and stir until the cocoa is completely dissolved and reserve
We put the milk in our Thermomix glass, together with the cream, sugar and condensed milk and heat without boiling

We pass all the chocolate mixture through a strainer to remove small undissolved remains and put it in a bowl
We place a large casserole with water and ice and put the bowl with the chocolate mixture inside to cool without stopping to stir the mixture, for about 5 minutes until it tempers
We put the tempered chocolate in our mold, if we have a mold that can stick to us we cover it with greaseproof paper, if it is a silicone mold that does not stick it is not necessary
then we put it to cool for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator
We unmold and with a strainer we sprinkle cocoa powder on top, covering it perfectly and our chocolate mousse cake will be ready
