Ingredients
860 grams of clean chard
260 grams of water
50 grams of olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 or 3 garlic
20 grams of butter
600 grams of milk
52 grams of grated cheese
A pinch of nutmeg
50 grams of cornstarch
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the water into the glass and place the Varoma on the robot. In the Varoma put the chard and program
spoon speed / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Remove the chard and drain. Reservation. Pour the water out of the glass.
Pour the oil into the glass and program
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 2 minutes.
Add the garlic and put the robot to work

Add the chard, pepper, and salt. Program a
speed 2 / left turn / Varoma temperature 2 minutes.
Pour the chard in a baking dish and reserve.
In the glass of the robot add the cornstarch, milk, salt, nutmeg, butter and pepper. Program a

Pour the bechamel over the chard, add the grated cheese and put the dish in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there with the grill option for about 7 minutes at 200º.
