Ingredients of Sweet potato stuffed with goat cheese, herbs and artichokes with Thermomix

1 cup of chopped canned artichokes
4 sweet potatoes
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1 cup of soft goat cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs
1 leek chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
Half a cup of breadcrumbs
2 garlic
Grated manchego cheese to taste

Once you have all these ingredients, follow the steps below:
Season each sweet potato with salt and pepper as well as a splash of oil and place each on a large piece of aluminum foil. Then, prick them with a fork and wrap them in the aforementioned paper.
