600 grams of frozen strawberries
80 grams of sugar
A well-peeled lemon
200 grams of evaporated milk
If we want this recipe to be a diet we change the sugar for stevia or another sweetener
and evaporated milk, for semi-skimmed milk.

20 seconds / progressive speed 7-10
We put the rest of the ingredients and program
3 minutes / progressive speed 5-10
We serve in glasses and our sorbet will be ready to drink immediately.
