Emperor steamed ingredients with thermomix
500 grams of emperor (1 large fillet)
60 grams of white wine
500 grams of water
4 cloves of garlic cut into thin slices
20 grams of olive oil
The juice of a large lemon
Salt to taste
5 sprigs of finely chopped fresh parsley
200 grams of cheese (the one of your preference to gratin)
Steamed Emperor preparation with thermomix
To improve the flavor of the fish, two hours before cooking, let it marinate with the lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
At the time of preparing it, the juices (the marinade to marinate) and reserve in a separate container.
Place the water in the Thermomix bowl, and in the varoma tray, add a little oil and place the fish, program.

Once the cooking time in the varoma is over, remove the fish and place it in an oven-safe dish.
Again, in the glass of the thermomix, remove the water, dry and add the garlic that had been reserved, along with a little olive oil, program.

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Finally, add the sauce over the emperor fillet in the pan, sprinkle with a little cheese and bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until lightly browned from the gratin.
Serve warm. You can accompany it with a bed of sliced steamed potatoes and halved cherry tomatoes dressed with a little vinegar or olive oil and sprinkled with a little parsley on top.
