15 clean chorizo peppers
15 grams oil

100 grams Serrano ham
250 grams onion
2 cloves garlic
70 grams Oil
50 grams chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon hot paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

600 grams clean and cooked snails
