1000 grams of cabbage leaves
3 cloves garlic
80 grams extra virgin olive oil
300 grams chistorra in 2 cm pieces
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
5 hard boiled eggs
Preparation of sauteed cabbage with chistorra sausage and hard-boiled egg with Thermomix
To begin the preparation of this wonderful recipe, you must wash the cabbage leaves very well, cut them into approximately 5cm pieces and pour half of the leaves into the Thermomix bowl, program 4 seconds / Speed 4.
Once the cabbage leaves are chopped, remove to a bowl and reserve for a few minutes.
Continue chopping the rest of the cabbage leaves, schedule.
