18 sardines
620 grams of water
Olive oil
6 bay leaves
Coarse salt
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Wash the sardines thoroughly.
Cut six wide pieces of aluminum foil and grease them with a little oil each one and then place three sardines on top of each one, on which you will add salt and place a bay leaf. Close those papers tightly with the fish inside and place them inside the Varoma.
