Salmon and white cheese verrine ingredients with thermomix

For preparation:
200 g smoked salmon
200g cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt for a thicker texture)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped dill or chives
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mustard (optional, to enhance the flavor)
For decoration:
sprigs of dill or chives
Lemon zest or pink fruits (optional)
A slice of smoked salmon rolled into a flower shape (optional)

Preparation of Salmon and White Cheese Verrine with Thermomix

1. Prepare the white cheese base:
Place the cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt) in the Thermomix glass.
Add the lemon juice, mustard (if using), chopped dill or chives, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix 15 seconds / Speed 3 until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Reserve in a bowl and refrigerate.
2. Prepare the smoked salmon:
Place the smoked salmon in the Thermomix glass and chop it for 4 seconds / Speed 5.
If you want a creamier texture, mix some of the chopped salmon with a tablespoon of the reserved white cheese. Mix 10 seconds / Speed 3.
3. Assemble the glasses:
Place a tablespoon of white cheese on the bottom of each glass as the first layer.
Add a layer of chopped smoked salmon as a second layer.
Alternate layers of white cheese and salmon until the glasses are full, ending with a layer of white cheese.
4. Decoration:
Decorate each glass with a slice of salmon rolled into a flower shape or a few pieces of salmon.
Add a sprig of dill or chives.
Finish with lemon zest or some pink berries for an elegant touch.
