Preparation
To begin the preparation of this recipe for Roast Knuckle with dark beer, you must place the knuckles together with the garlic cloves, an onion cut into pieces, as well as the juniper berries, the black peppercorns and one of the two cans of dark beer (half the measure).
Make sure the broiler bag is properly closed so that the contents do not spill while it cooks.
Then, place the butterfly lying down inside the Varoma container, this so that the holes are not covered with the roasting bag and the steam can enter.
Place the roasting bag in the varoma container and cover.
Before placing the varoma container in position, pour the water into the Thermomix bowl, place the varoma container in position and program.
