400 grams of canned chickpeas
200 grams of cooked pumpkin
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
1 onion
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon paprika (sweet or hot)
½ teaspoon of salt
50 grams of oil
Preparation of Graten of pumpkin and chickpeas with Thermomix
To start the preparation of this wonderful Pumpkin and Chickpea Graten with Thermomix, you must have already cooked the pumpkin and drained chickpeas, then pour the clove of garlic to be crushed together with the onion into the Thermomix glass and program.

Once the garlic and onion have been crushed, with the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the vegetables adhering to the walls and lid of the thermomix container towards the blades, then add the oil and program.
