4 medium potatoes
150 grams of provolone cheese
200 grams of fresh white sausage
30 grams of cream
50 grams of cherry tomatoes
20 grams of dried tomatoes
750 grams of water
30 grams of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
50 grams of spring onion
50 grams of fresh mushrooms
50 grams of chard leaves
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon dried thyme

The first thing to do to start preparing this delicious recipe is to cook the potatoes. To do this, pour the water into the Thermomix bowl, and once the potatoes are washed, place them inside the basket, program.

Once the cooking time for the potatoes has elapsed, carefully remove the basket. Let the potatoes rest for a couple of minutes.
Next, slice the potatoes lengthwise, and scoop out the potato flesh from each half with a spoon. Place the “potato bowls” on a baking sheet and reserve the pulp.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
On the other hand, again in the glass of the thermomix, clean and dry, pour the onion chopped into pieces, as well as the cherry tomatoes and the garlic cloves, program.
