Ingredients
2 onions cut into quarters
1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
1 carrot, sliced
1 ripe tomato quartered
1 clove garlic
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
150 grams of fresh pork belly cut into small pieces
1 heaping teaspoon paprika (sweet or hot)
2 jars of cooked beans, rinsed and drained
500 grams of broth or water with a bouillon cube
6 green chillies in vinegar to serve
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
