WHITE TRUFFLE
350 ml cream (to mount)
200 gr white chocolate
CREEPS
235 gr wheat flour
10 g cornstarch
5 gr chemical yeast (Royal type)
3 eggs (M)
80 gr sugar
1 on vanilla sugar
360ml milk
40 g butter (melted)
pinch of salt

Preparation of Pink Love Cake with thermomix
WHITE TRUFFLE
We start with the filling, since it needs a few hours in the cold to then be able to assemble.
Chop the chocolate and pour over the hot cream (without boiling), wait 1 minute, then stir until the chocolate melts.
We cover the skin with film (in contact with the cream), when it cools, we take it to the fridge for about 6/8 hours.
