Preparation

3. And with this, the peach halves are ready, without peel and without seed.
4. To continue, place the butterfly on the blades in the Thermomix bowl and pour the halves of the peaches together with the water, sugar, lemon drops and a pinch of salt, program.
5. 15 minutes / Varoma temperature / Reverse rotation / Bucket speed.
6. After these minutes check that the peaches are tender and soft with a slightly darker color, if not, program again.
