Preparation of peaches in Port with mascarpone with Thermomix

1. To start our recipe we will put the Port wine in our Thermomix bowl together with the Brown sugar and the orange juice and program
2. 5 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
3. We wash and cut the peaches in half and remove the bone (they can be peeled or not peeled, that depends on taste)
4. after 5 minutes we add the peaches to our Thermomix bowl and program
5. 7 minutes / varoma temperature / left turn / spoon speed /
6. In a separate bowl, put the mascarpone cheese with the icing sugar and stir everything.
7. at the time of serving we put the peaches we pour the syrup on top and in the hole left by the bone, we fill it with the mascarpone mixture
8. and our port peaches with mascarpone will be ready to drink
