Jesus, if you are a coffee lover and look for an elegant, soft and personality dessert, this Panna Cotta de Capuchino prepared in Thermomix is just what you need. It combines the creaminess of the cream with the deep flavor of coffee, a touch of vanilla and the subtle bitterness of cocoa powder, creating an experience that awakens all the senses.
In addition, thanks to the Themomix, this recipe is as simple as preparing a coffee: mixing, heats and lets the magic of the jelly make the rest so that it sets perfectly. Ideal to serve in individual cups and surprise on any occasion.

Panna Cotta de Capuchino with Thermomix
🥛 500 ml of cream to mount (cream of milk to beat)
☕ 250 ml of prepared coffee (It can be espresso or strong coffee)
🍬 80 g of sugar (5 tablespoons)
🌸 1 tablespoon vanilla aroma
🍫 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
💧 12 g of neutral jelly powder (or 6 neutral gelatin sheets)
If you use powder jelly, cover it with a little cold water in a small glass and let a gelatinous dough be formed (about 5 minutes). If you prefer sheets, put them in cold water for 5-10 minutes until they are soft.
In the thermomix glass put the creamhe Prepared coffeehe sugarhe Vanilla aroma and the Cocoa powder. Program 8 minutes, 90 ºC, speed 3. Leave the cubilete ajar to avoid pressure accumulation, but without splashing.
Add the hydrated and drained jelly (if it is in sheets). Program 30 seconds, speed 4 so that it dissolves perfectly in the hot mixture.
Pour the mixture into individual cups or molds. Let stand at room temperature for about 20 minutes and then put them in the fridge to set between 4 and 6 hours. The result will be a firm, silky cotta cotta full of flavor.
Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a warmer aromatic profile.
Decorate with sprinkled cocoa, coffee beans or a little grated chocolate just before serving.
If you want a vegan version, it replaces the gelatin by agar-adding (adjusting quantities) and uses vegetable cream.
Accompany it with a red fruit coulis for acid contrast and vibrant color.
