Ingredients
510 grams of small French onions
Water
204 grams of white wine
410 grams of olive oil
34 grams of brown sugar
1 liter of white wine vinegar
8 peppercorns
Salt to taste
8 dried bay leaves
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour the wine, vinegar, and brown sugar into the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 2 / 100º / 12 minutes.
Then add the onions, salt and half of the bay leaf. Program a
spoon speed / reverse turn / 100º / 8 minutes.
Drain the contents of the glass and then dry the onions well.
Next, divide the onions into several jars and add the peppercorns and the rest of the bay leaf.
The next step will be to pour the olive oil in them until the onions are covered. Close them tightly and then proceed to wrap them in gauze. Then put them in a pressure cooker where you should add plenty of water. Once the pot reaches pressure, keep them there for about 27 minutes.
Afterwards, it will only be left to wait for them to cool down and ready for any occasion.
