Ingredients
400 grams of mascarpone
250 grams of cream
1 tablespoon of rum
62 grams of powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
300 grams of white nougat
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour the cold cream into the glass of the robot and, with the whisk, program to
speed 3/1 minute and a half.
Reserve the contents of the glass in a bowl that you must put in the refrigerator.
In the glass add the chopped nougat and program at
speed 7/10 seconds.

Place the whisk in the robot and add the sugar and egg yolks. Put the Thermomix to work
speed 4/5 minutes.
Then, add the rum as well as the mascarpone and program to
speed 4/1 minute.
Then, add the reserved nougat and mix to
speed 3/30 seconds.
