brown sugar to sprinkle on top
4 eggs
75 grams of butter
75 grams of cornstarch
½ liter of whole milk
Mint leaves or cookie wafer to decorate
Preparation
This recipe is super simple and to begin its preparation you must place the measure of sugar in the Thermomix bowl to convert it into icing sugar, program.
10 seconds / Progressive speed 5 – 10.
Remove the icing sugar from the glass and set aside for a few minutes.
Subsequently, pour the butter into the Thermomix bowl and program.
1 minute / Temperature 37° / Speed 2.
Then add the eggs, milk and icing sugar to the melted butter, program.
15 seconds / Speed 4.
Once the 15 seconds of mixing are over, check that all the ingredients are well mixed, otherwise program a few more seconds.
Pour the preparation into individual molds suitable for the oven, bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the cream sets.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle a little brown sugar and gratin the sugar with a torch until it turns a golden caramel color. If you don’t have a torch, place the pans in the oven and grill or gratin mode will achieve the same effect just not as quickly as using the torch.
Wait a few minutes until the entire preparation cools or if you prefer, refrigerate until serving time.
Finally, you can decorate the surface with some mint leaves or cookie wafers. You choose the one you like best.
