50 grams of white wine
70 grams of canned crushed tomato
30 grams of olive oil
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation
To begin the preparation of this delicious dish of Mussels in wine with thermomix, you must clean the mussels well for this, place them in a drainer and under the tap water.
