Ingredients of Mushrooms stuffed with vegetables and prawns with Thermomix
105 grams of raw prawns, peeled and chopped
16 large and clean mushrooms
105 grams of peeled and chopped zucchini
55 grams of pepper
55 grams of carrot
55 grams of onion
1 large garlic
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon cornstarch
42 grams of olive oil
Preparation of Mushrooms stuffed with vegetables and prawns with Thermomix
Put on your apron and follow these instructions:
Put the pepper, garlic, onion, zucchini, carrot and oil in the robot’s glass. Start the Thermomix at
speed 5 / 4 seconds.
Put the salted and peppered mushrooms in the Varoma and face down. Place the Varoma in the robot and program to
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and reserve the mushrooms.
Add a little salt and pepper to the glass as well as the prawns. program to
spoon speed / reverse turn / 120º / 2 minutes.
Strain the contents of the glass and reserve the liquid on one side and the solid part on the other.
Go placing the mushrooms on a tray. Fill them with the ingredients you have in the bowl.
Pour the reserved liquid into the glass together with the cornstarch and program to
speed 3 / 100º / 2 minutes.
Next, pour the contents of the glass over the mushrooms and serve them.
