Ingredients
- 500 grams of monkfish, cleaned and cut into pieces.
- 100 grams of leek.
- 100 grams of crushed natural tomato.
- 350 grams of fish stock.
- 80 millilitres of olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of paprika.
- Salt to taste.
Instructions
- When you have managed to gather all these ingredients, put on your apron and start following the steps below:
- Add the oil and leek to the glass. Program at speed 5 for 5 seconds and then program it again, in this case at speed 1 and temperature 100º for about 8 minutes.
- Add the fish stock, tomato, paprika and salt. Program the Thermomix at speed 1 and temperature 120º for 1 minute.
- Then programme the food processor again, in this case on speed 5-10 for 1 minute.
- Finally, add the monkfish to the mixing bowl and program it at spoon speed, reverse rotation and temperature 100º for 6 minutes.
