- The first thing to do is to gather the products needed to make this cold soup. Specifically, we are going to indicate the essential ones to obtain four portions:
- 500 grams of melon.
- 50 millilitres of olive oil.
- Pepper.
- Salt.
Instructions
- Now, once you've checked the necessary ingredients, put on your apron and follow these steps:
- First, remove any skin and seeds from the melon.
- Then you have to proceed to cut it up.
- Then, pour the mentioned pieces of fruit into the Thermomix glass and proceed to do the same with the rest of the ingredients.
- The next step will be to program the food processor at a progressive speed of 5-10 for about two minutes.
