Ingredients
230 grams of bread flour
140 grams of lard
10 grams of fresh yeast
75 grams of beaten egg
50 grams of sugar
50 grams of water
Icing sugar to taste
15 grams of sunflower oil
Preparation
When you have all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add both the water, the sugar and the egg to the glass. Program a
speed 5/15 seconds.
Then you have to add both the yeast and the flour. Put the robot to work
speed 6/4 seconds.
And then you will have to reprogram to
spike speed / 6 minutes.
Add the oil and reprogram to
spike speed / 2 minutes.
Let the dough rest for about half an hour.
Then you will have to stretch it well with the help of a rolling pin, impregnate it with the lard and then roll it up and finally proceed to give it the typical shape of the ensaimada.
Let it rest for a few hours and then proceed to place it on a baking tray and insert it in that, previously preheated. Keep it there for 13 minutes at 180º C.
The only thing left to do is decorate it with icing sugar.
