Ingredients
- 6 eggs

- 240 grams of cornstarch.
Instructions
- When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Add the sugar to the glass and program at speed 10/15 seconds. Put the butterfly on the blades and pour the egg whites, one by one, as well as the zest. Program at speed 3,5 / 37º / 8 minutes.
- Add the yolks, one by one by the mouth, while the robot is running at speed 2/1 minute.
- Then pour the cornstarch through the mouth while the Thermomix is programmed at a speed of 1/3 minutes.
- Pour the contents of the glass into a cake mold, which you have previously "greased" with butter.
- Insert it in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it 27 minutes at 170º.
- Let cool, decorate to your liking and serve.
