Lemon Polvorones ingredients with thermomix
150 grams of fat or lard
350 grams of pastry flour
150 grams of sugar
1 egg
Zest of two large lemons
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
½ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)

The preparation of these delicious lemon shortbread with the thermomix is extremely simple.
In order for the mass of these shortbreads to look provocatively golden, you must, at least one day before, toast the pastry flour, to do this, pour the flour on an oven tray and spread it over the entire surface. Then in an oven previously heated to 200°C. Bake the flour for 10 minutes at 200°C.
Stir from time to time and spread out again so that the flour browns evenly, then bake for another 10 minutes, being careful not to burn the flour.
Pour the toasted flour into a bowl to cool, ideally using it the next day.
