Preparation of lemon cake with the Thermomix
Once you have bought all the ingredients, it is time to get down to business by following these instructions:
Add the sugar to the glass and program the robot to progressive speed 5-10 for about 30 seconds.
Then you have to add the lemon peel to program at the same speed as the previous step but for only 10 seconds.
Next, add the eggs to the glass and program the Thermomix to speed 3 and temperature 37º for about 2 minutes.
