- The first thing is that you start by having all the products you will need to make that hot sauce at home:
- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika.
- 1 tablespoon of cumin.
- 1 chilli pepper that is mild.
- Between 3 and 4 garlic.
- Salt.
- 150 grams of virgin olive oil.
- 15 grams of vinegar.
Instructions
- Once you've bought all the ingredients, it's time to put on your apron and follow these steps:
- You have to start by peeling the garlic. These will then be poured into the glass of the Thermomix, which will be set at 5/5 seconds.
- Then add the cumin and chilli pepper. The robot will then be programmed at speed 7 / 20 seconds.
- Finally, the other ingredients are added and the Thermomix is set at speed 7/20 seconds.
- If the mixture is not too homogeneous, it will be programmed again. And that's it.
- An exquisite mojo picón will be prepared.
