610 grams of chopped chicken fillets
125 grams of Parmesan cheese, chopped
9 slices of cooked ham
Salt and pepper to taste
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 eggs
27 grams of flour

When you have these products in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the chicken to the glass and program
speed 4 / 30 seconds.
Next, add the salt, the pepper, the Parmesan, the flour and the two eggs. Start the robot at
speed 4 / 30 seconds.
With the resulting dough, shape 18 flat rectangles.
Next, take one of the rectangles, put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on it. Then cover it with another rectangle. And follow this process with all the other rectangles.
Once composed in this way, pass them through beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
