Preparation of cordon bleu with air flyer oil-free fryer

1. To start our recipe, the first thing we will do is preheat our air fryer at about 180º for 3 minutes.
2. then in a deep plate we will put the breadcrumbs and the grated cheese and we will put them together well with our hands to be able to bread
3. We spread the chicken breasts lightly with a little olive oil and pass them through the mixture of breadcrumbs and grated cheese
4. then we place the breasts in the basket of the air fryer and spray them with a little oil on top and cook for 6 minutes
5. then we put two tablespoons of sauce and one and a half tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on top of the breasts and cook another 3 minutes so that the cheese melts
6. lightly mix the chicken breast fillets with a little olive oil and pass them through the breadcrumbs and grated cheese
7. then we place the chicken breasts in the fryer basket and spray the top with a little oil and
8. we cook 6 minutes, then we put two tablespoons of sauce on top and one and a half tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on top
9. cook another 3 minutes for the cheese to melt
