Pineapple Mojito ingredients with thermomix
- 120 grams of white rum
- 150 grams of pineapple juice
- 4 slices of pineapple cut into cubes
- 60 grams of lime or lemon juice
- 18 mint leaves
- 60 grams of brown sugar
Preparation of pineapple mojito with thermomix
- The recipe is as simple as putting together the ingredients: rum, pineapple juice, lime or lemon juice if we don’t have any, and cane sugar and mix the ingredients perfectly.

- then we put in the glasses four mint leaves in each glass and a slice of pineapple cut into cubes and we put our mojito on top
